Key Objectives

The CIA Division would provide input and advice on all components of coastal environmental impact assessment. This division would specifically address all components of an EIA in order to establish baseline environmental conditions of a specific coastal area. It would identify, predict and assess the significance of environmental, economic and social effects of any development proposal including effects on air, water, noise levels, archeology and cultural heritage, land use, ecology and nature conservation, and community effects.
