Training Completion Report on the One-week training programme on “Seagrass and Saltmarsh: Training and Exposure Visit” for Officials of Forest Department, Odisha from 22nd to 27th April 2024 held at NCSCM & Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu.

The National Centre for Sustainable Coastal Management (NCSCM), Chennai organised a week-long training programme for Officials of the Forest Department, Odisha from 22nd to 27th April 2024 held at NCSCM & Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu.

NCSCM conducted a training programme for IFS Officers on “Mangroves: Ecology, Conservation and Management” between 4^th and 8^th of March, 2024 at Bhitarkanika, Odisha.

Training cum field trips and group discussions facilitated the exchange of lessons and experiences among participants and resource persons on ecology, biology, and sustainable conservation and management of mangroves.

One-week training course for IFS officers on “Coral reefs and seagrass: Ecology, Conservation and Management” from 29th January to 2nd February 2023 at held at Kavaratti Island, Lakshadweep.

NCSCM conducted the training programme for the IFS Officers on “Coral Reefs and Seagrass: Ecology, Conservation and Management” from 29th January to 2nd February 2023 at the Department of Environment and Forest, Kavaratti Island, Lakshadweep. Nineteen IFS officers from throughout the nation took part in the training course.
